Why is my fence invisible in minecraft

User Info: cjw That's weird. Yeah, if I put a torch near it, the fence does reappear. Only part of it, I'd have to stick another torch closer to the other end. And hope I don't fall in any of the water. Aw well. As long as the fence does it's job and keeps stupid animals out of my minecart system, I'm happy.

User Info: escadia. I had that happen once too. I think if you go far enough away that the computer is no longer focusing on it, or rendering it, or whatever, then come back, it'll correct itself. When it happened to me, I just kinda shrugged and went down to the bottom of my mine to fetch lava for my moat. By the time I checked it again, it was back to normal. Kevin: I tried that with dirt and cobblestone. The fences still didn't reappear. Well than I have no idea. What happens if you destroy the invisible fence closest to the line of visible fences, and then put it back; does it become invisible?
