He tells you that the back-stabbing scumbag Dmitri Rascalov is willing to buy a load of Heroin from the Pegorino's for a lot of cash. Niko blatantly refuses at first, and you leave the stripping bar to ponder about it.

Niko calls Roman for advice and he suggests taking the deal. Niko calls Kate McCreary for advice and she suggests you keep your honor and take revenge. Now you have two choices which appear as a dagger or cash symbol on the radar. If you take Kate's advice, she dies. If you take Roman's advice, he dies. Dmitri and Pegorino both die either way, too.
